Hi, Im new to Aim training. Currently Plat 1 on benchmarks and struggling with Tracking in general and movement is what i believe to be an issue. i just seem to loose the target and cannot seem to respond. or have a delayed reaction.

Additionally potentially due to lack of smoothness in my general aim. responding with over compensating to follow the targets.

wrist i feel mostly

only in kovaaks or in general? because it is best to use all in different situations.
if you only use one, it kind of gets worn out and your accuracy decreases

i use all three dpending on the scenario. i feel like for small movements i use fingers then for general i use wrist then bigger movements i use arm. so i use all 3 but for this scenario i use wrist

for this scenario, you seem to kind of flick onto the target every time it changes directions
instead of doing this, try to smooth your style a bit and rather than flicking onto every change of motion try to use your muscles to slow down and change direction. (not a harsh flick which costs time and a lot of tension in your wrist, a more smooth approach to save tension to react)

Okay so smoothness over flicking. This is also for when they change direction

yeah i thnik u do to many single motions instad of smooth longer motions which is often better for tracking scenarios

#

at least i think this is the right approach for tracking from what i saw
