If your aim isn’t carrying over that means you have to spend more time playing the game instead of the aim trainers. The aim trainer can supplement only the raw mechanical aspects of the game, but the other part of your game of choice like positioning, game sense, etc. can only be improved on by more playtime in game. Your inconsistency will probably be also be addressed as you improve on the other in game aspects too rather than just aim

This is true ^ but i would add to try to be more objective in identifying the problem or explain it in more detail. I feel like its not just mechanics of specific game if you are just not improving aim-wise in multiple fps's with the way you worded it. Inconsistency is common and will smooth over with time for raw aim/mouse control but just not enough info here that it could very much be confused with something else as to why your inconsistent.

if ur aim is not improving from the trainer its either that u are playing the wrong scenarios or u just dont play the game ur trying to improve ur aim in enoguh. also try to put most ur aim trainer time AFTER u played ur games since playing a trainer for more than like 30 mins before playing kinda ruins my aim in game

There's a lot of stuff that cause aim inconsistency. Mainly,

  1. Your Sensitivity - High sensitivity causes muscle tension and death-gripping, leading to inconsistencies
2.** Table height **- Ideal table height for any gamer is around as high as your navel when seated. Table being too high or too low again causes muscle and join tension which lead to inconsistencies
  2. Mouse grip and posture- Having a good mouse grip and posture is very important to avoid muscular fatigue and future injuries. I would recommend not to chase a perfect mouse grip, just go with your natural grip. It doesn't matter as long as you're comfortable.
4.** Tension management and nervousness** - These two can mess everything up even if you have good aim in general. This is what most people struggle with and is also the reason why their aim training skills don't really transfer into real games. There's just too much stuff to do in the game unlike in the aim trainer. People have different opinions on this. Some say "Just play the game more", but it still wont work. You just have to figure this one out on your own, you have to maintain your own mental and nerves. I found tapping out(I just remove my headphones and close my eyes for a few seconds between rounds) and stretching (mid-game) very helpful.
  3. Lifestyle, nutrition and sleep - I believe I don't have to explain anything here.

@proud warren There's a lot of stuff about these things in the #resources tab, go check them out.
