You definitely should complete the novice sheet before moving on.

I'd say to run fundamental playlists that are in multiple categories. TBH I don't have any to share like that but if you can find something that addresses a bit of everything would be good. Otherwise just run VDIMs

Yes u will need to change sens for scénarios reactive tracking static , target switch , tracking

For every scénario I usually start from something close from top leaderboard then adjust at +5 -5cm/360 I also watch review on how the scenarios should be played
