Your flicks and micros are pretty slow, but technique seems fine. I would see if focusing on improving the flick and micro speed helps.

Also I would focus on maintaining tempo, your tempo is pretty sporadic on some of the longer flicks.

The flicks themselves are slow? Or the flick into the micro? Is it worth me trying to increase my speed/maintain a quicker tempo at the sake of accuracy right now or just continue to try and maintain the accuracy and let this speed up over time? I need to figure out something that works for that for sure. I appreciate the insight!

The flicks look slow, so it probably is worth just pushing the speed at the expense of accuracy for awhile

I kinda want to unpack some of the advice you are giving here:

  • "Intialflick speed" is not the problem in this vod, but rather the fluidity and downtime (+ quality of micros)

  • "Sporadic tempo" is not a bad things either, but having overtension or non-fluid pathing is. The fact that the execution isn't rythmic does not imply that it is poor, but rather, the way that it is sporadic.

Additionally, I'd add in a few more things:

  • Lower tension and fluidity on intial flicks: you have way too much tension in your landing, seen by the shake.

  • Earlier and cleaner micros: you should start the micro the moment that you have read it, not after the initial has landed. This will speed up execution alot. Also focus on aiming toward the middle of the target if you have a problem speeding them up.

  • Pseudo-clusterfarm close targets instead of doing initial + micro. This will help fluidity.
