Some of them, I got a new mouse so have been doing better. I just feel kinda so unmotivated today but I feel like if I dont train I feel bad and like a failure

nah ... it's totally fine to take a day off when you'Re mentally exhausted .... also it will help more to do one day when you have fun with it compared to 5 days where you feel like "you have to do it". What I noticed from my gaming is that aim training helps and gives you insanely good mechanics in aim .... but a lot of your aim also comes from your movement, which is entirely unique to the game you play ... so try to strike a balance between game and aimtraining.

also transitioning from one mouse to another usually takes time (10 days for me most of the time) .... so don't try to rush things
