for like a a week or so my wrist has been hurting alot and i cant aim train or play games for longer than like 30-50 mins before it becomes too much for me to handle. ill put some pictures of my mouse grip for reference, i do a fingertip grip always and i rely on my fingers heavily in my aim style and also have almost zero palm contact, am concerned my mouse weight could be a part of the issue as its 55 grams which id say is light, even compared to my old viper mini which was 61 grams, but its very back heavy for sure.

am very concerned that this will turn into an injury if i dont know what to do about it. please help me, thank you.

id say take a few days off, and stop playing immediately as soon as you encounter pain.

Strengthening your wrist should help, so as long as you dont have pain do wrist curls, finger curls, wrist extentions etc

I get this problem every now and then—usually when I play or aim train nonstop for around 20 minutes without a break. What helps is taking short breaks try resting for 2 minutes every 10 minutes, and take a longer 5-minute break every 30 minutes.

Contrast therapy is the one thing that instantly takes MY pain away, so I really recommend giving it a try. Grab a large bowl and fill it with ice and cold water. Set it next to your sink. Start by putting your hand in the cold water for 1 minute. Then switch to running hot water (as hot as you can handle) and keep your hand under it for 1 minute. While your hand is in the hot water, slowly do wrist circles—first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
