Tracking Progress Starting 5.7.2025

Here are Day 1 Stats, the training I did was comprised of training scenarios that chatgpt recommended based on this prompt https://chatgpt.com/s/dr_681bcd088a1881918fd71bc3799718f6

I do 1 Day Chat GPT Training and 1 Day Vdim Training and and each day before and after training I run a test benchmark which might change to after 2 days to get something a little more accurate, also in my before picture my sense was 10.5/360cm after that my wrist started to ache/strain then I switched to 25cm (first time playing this slow of a sense on mnk)

Current Issue from coming from a fast sense, keep running out of mousepad space to continue tracking and have to lift my mouse to often recenter idk what fixes I can look into for that.

why would you even do a chat gpt routine when there's so many good human made ones that actually make sense and don't just throw random shit in there

i had used the deep reasoning and just comparing the two recommended programs to see if its deep research is just as good as a human in this aspect, but if u open to both so recommend.

I had used the deep reasoning feature on ChatGPT which takes more time and fact checks a bit better, second I slightly injured my wrist today so I asked for training that would take it into consideration aside from just lowering my sense and playing with my arm, and lastly it was just to tailor it to my specific needs than just getting everything everyone else got and calling it a day

hopefully that makes sense, but tldr it’s just for personal science and why not honestly while training on more admired methods such as playlists/scenarios that are already tested and respected by the community

Okay makes more sense, still ai just isn't a good source of reliable information especially i think in topics like aim training imma give a few pointers

  1. First of all you're playing s4 benchmarks when the s5 benchmarks are already out and supposedly much better(i havent played s4 so it's just what i heard)
  2. You don't have to do benchmarks as vdim has them in the routines already, unless you just wanna grind out a score or something.
  3. For the mousepad issue, you just gotta get a bigger one, no way around it. If you're running out on 25cm/360(which still is a high sensitivity) then it must be really tiny, try asking for recs in #peripherals
  4. For the wrist issue, prevention is key but ofc you can't prevent what already has already happened so take some rest. Make sure you stretch your wrist regularly, keep your posture in check, don't deathgrip. Also don't do full wrist range of motion movements with your mouse, keep it within reasonable range and if you have to go further move your arm and counter with moving back the wrist to make a small movement
  5. The chatgpt routine doesn't look personalized at all tbh and it gave you scenarios for aimlabs which i assume you won't be playing since you already got kovaak's. To actually improve look at some aim technique youtube videos and try to replicate them when playing vdim, weakness specific or other playlists

I’ll continue using benchmarks to get a general grasp of where i am! I have a big ass mousepad like an XL, it is a bit rough cuz it’s only 10 bucks and from walmart but i was told i just have bad mouse pad awareness and maybe its cuz the way i play

i can only play mnk comp games sitting at a 90 degree angle or leaned in a bit, without straining arm/wrist which is the correct way to game in general but isn’t comfortable cuz i slouch when i play other games maybe that’ll just be solved with time?

okay i thought i was tripping i had another guy in kovaak's discord or this one inform me that i had enough and was just bad at mousepad awareness causing me to think i don't have enough cause he was informing me he could play 60cm comfortablly wth this much space but i moved my setup[ a bit so i have a tad bit more than that! prob 20% if i had to put it into a figure?

had noticed this once i seen my aim improve when i uncontracted my wrist when i used to play on 10cm (yesterday lmfao)

at this level u will improve by just playing the benchmarks. play s5, s4, and s3 voltaic benches on kovaaks for now and start to branch out when ur improvement starts slowing down
