#ranking up question

However long it would take, it would be faster if you're taking notes when you're benchmarking vs not. Take notes all benchmark attempts and make comparisons.
Also if you set arbitrary par times to reach certain ranks like gold, jade, etc. you just make it more likely you drop training all together if you don't hit arbitrary goals you set when you were iron (ask me how I know 😭 )
im a bit confused on what you mean by taking notes while benchmarking since what is there really to note when benchmarking, newbie here so i really dont have any experience whatsoever
Heres some notes I just took for myself, first entry for me. I'm going to try to treat mine for benchmarks like journaling.
The last scores were incomplete because I got bored with the benchmark
Do you try to implement the fixes for these problems while you're in the scenario since there are a lot of problems for some of these and I don't really think it's possible to be applying a fix for all of these at the same time while focusing on the scenario.
I target what I list through my training with other playlist and selecting scenarios that directly address what I write.
Going back too your text, I can say only grinding benchmarks is not productive in the long term. You are more likely to burn out really hard and dread opening Kovaak this approach. Just explore other playlists in the #resources channel and find more through youtube or from others. Just train with a purpose besides just getting a higher score, be more detailed in your goals.
what happened to your popcorn score 😭
I did the pasu too much, just wanted to get a feel for popcorn so I didnt take too long overall and move on to training. I already saw issues with speed and prediction so I moved on after a couple runs. If I committed time maybe I could clear platniunum but I doubt much more.
not training target switching 😔 🥀 💔
