This has caused me to lose really good aim scores (im currently gold almost complete yes dont judge me I still havent gotten the tracking scenarios done yet). Thing is a lot of the time I am on pace to get the score threshold but then my arm just stick and I cant follow up. I really dont wanna wear a long sleeve shirt while I play and the friction is just really annoying even when I wipe the part of my desk that usually sticks, it just limits my forearm movement a ton. Any advices ?

I dont know hows that gonna help ? Im currently using a key83, basically I anchor my forearm on a very small part of the table and then the rest of my forearm lays on the pad, the forearm part on the table is the sticking part. Is the whole thing supposed to be under my forearm ?

definitely, as soon as you said sticking i thought you meant to the pad, the key83 is a better pad when it comes to this because it has a pretty high resistance to humidity, if the whole things under your arm it should never stick
