use high sens if u wanna train precision/smoothness. use low sens if u wanna train speed/reactivity. i dont really recommend using sens randomizer but if u find it to be useful u can use it
I'll try that out too. I've noticed that I'm surpassing my high scores with it on atm, but ill give it a shot next week👍
Is there any range in sens that you would recommend to lower or raise it to?
the sens ranges i personally use for scores are
static: 38-75cm
dynamic/linear: 32-65cm
precise tracking: 24-65cm
reactive tracking: 12-45cm
control tracking: 24-52cm
speed ts: 20-54cm
evasive ts: 34-54cm
stability ts: 40-48cm
but u can plus or minus 10-20cm to train speed or precision specifically
