After vod reviewing i realized my flicking kinda sucks and i overflick too much, stop my flicks by tensing my arm and dont really control where my micros land as long as they are on the target. So in this clip i slowed down my micros and pacing to be more mindful about the issues i found. LMK if you spot anything else all help would be appreciated!

you have the same issue that i do which is that you seem really unconfident in your micros. i feel like your micros are probably your bottleneck right now

I agree with the micro bit, you initial flick accuracy is decent, maybe can work on speed a bit but it’s kinda smooth, that’s good
Your limiting factor is definitely the speed of micros and and even bigger one IMO is target-confirmation, you seem to take really long to actually confirm the hit
What you ideally want to do is trust your adjustment and be looking at your next target, so u can have more time processing future targets and the most optimal path to take
Static is a lot about planning and seeing ahead, IF you can see ahead where you will go, you can plan how far, how fast you can flick
