#Reactive/Control Air Scens

Idk why but are u doing 2 separate flicks
That will cost u time, try merging them into 1 fluid motion
For aether, u lack smoothness and control and the problem i said above
For controlsphere i also think u lack smoothness
I don’t think I’m trying to do 2 flicks I think that’s just how it looks bcuz I’m not smooth, how do I work on more smoothness specifically? Should I go back and play easier/novice versions (I’m plat complete on the benchmarks)?
you are lagging behind the bot when you are tracking. try have a better speedmatch.
I see these issues as well in my vods, but how do I go about actually addressing the issue? Is it just a time issue that I just have to play more? Should I play easier scens? Harder scens? What are tangible things people do to work on these issues?
quite literally just a play more with self experimenting tension
smoothness& precision comes with time
The “2 flicks” are an issue with your flick-to-track skill. You’re flicking on target and then stopping and then flicking the correction needed due to the stop. Ideally, you’d flick on target and begin smoothly tracking from that point.
This can be a tension issue, you may be having difficulty relaxing instantly after a flick, which results in a tense/jerky correction post-flick.
If it’s not tension, it’s simply a technique issue, and you’ll be able to work it out by focusing on trusting your initial flick and being ready to follow the bot’s direction.
Target switching scenarios are actually good for this
I see what you’re saying, I will keep in mind to try and follow through with the track after the flick instead of stopping and waiting and then continuing
99% of the time, when you’re flicking a target’s direction change, the target continues in the same direction that you flicked. There’s no need to stop and wait, you just continue tracking to that side.
