im not sure how to properly go about this, my main sensitivity is 37.7cm. Let's say today im training Dynamic, i would i train within the 45-60cm range? and then next day lets say im training smoothness, would i train in the 35-55cm range?. Would i ever actually train with my main sensitivity?, if so when?

sens doenst matter, if you have a good technique you can play kinda every sens (which is not crazy dumb like 1.0 or sum). thats why you see some pros often switch sens and still perform well

#

you can find a sens range for each area that you like or spam the same sens doenst really matter since you play aimtrainer to get proper technique and not really to train a sens

# coral cape how do you train if i may ask, change sensitivty depending on the scenario type?

it depends on what u want to do
If ur arm cannot move/ ur arm doesnt aim as good, go with a lower sens like 45+
If ur wrist& fingers need some work, go with faster sens like 20-37
If u want to just play scenarios/ benchmark, go with any sens u like
Some have preferrences for specific category, some main 37 and play 50 in clicking, 25 in tracking and so on
Its all preferrence but deliberatechange of sens depends on your goal

idk man i explained why those ranges exist pretty briefly
changing sens for specific scenarios IS suiting it to ur needs, which is what i said dependso n what u want to do

If my need is training wrist/micro adjustments is there an objective better option between using a general low sens such as 30cm for all tasks or using the lowest inside each of the ranges or is it legit solely preference
