I have a lot of time in aim trainers and even hired an aim coach to fix my issues but i cant ever seem to push my flicks and i feel im really behind in my flicking. I will attach my benchmarks and my best run recently of VT Quadshot intermediate S3. It feels like something is off. I also mainly used my forearm to flick and my wrist to adjust (trying to work on tensing my forearm less).

Yes I know my other areas are weak too and if any of those areas might be affecting me I'm happy to be pointed in the right direction.

Practicing your fluidity will make your flicks faster overall as you progress in score/speed

Bulldog was a big help to me in learning how to perfect my static technique to hit better scores. Because of how saturated the category is with very skillful players, it's tough to keep up. Fluidity is a hard concept to implement, so do not be discouraged if you still find that your scores are not moving despite putting effort into it.

Also you seem to have issues with stability as you over flick sometimes, you should play a lot of pokeball

If you practice being more fluid between your transitions on the targets, you will improve your target confirmation

#

So therefore you have to increase your overall pacing to practice your speed

#

U can’t just have a flick speed that you can control and use, u need to practice pushing your limit in being able to control it. Meaning that you slowly ramp the flick speed up as you get better ie your control gets better

#

You say you can’t improve your flicks. Try to move your hand from point a to b as fast as possible and you’ll find your current limit, you just need to be able to practice controlling that speed

#

It’s also being able to seamlessly being able to transition between your flicks

#

You’ll be able to push your score by a ton if you practice being more fluid between the targets. As of now it’s not looking like you’re trying to push yourself

You don’t need to worry about being able to snap to your target at an instant, rather maximise your pacing in your current flick speed and move from there

#

There are so many top players that lack flick speed but compensate for their fluidity ie pacing, you won’t be able to control a faster speed unless you master your current one
