same thing happened to me on the val benchmarks its lowk demoralizing that i cant even get close to my old scores
Improvement isn’t linear or exponential, you’re gonna get high scores/have a period where you’re consistently doing well and then have a period where you’re not getting the same performance. Over time you’re doing well and your low performance phases are going to be better than your previous cycles ultimately resulting in an increase in average performance.
so basically its normal to have these dips in form, but as you train more your bottom line will improve?

i just wanted to thank u i was able to push my scores far higher than i thought i could after a few more weeks of practice and bringing up my bottom line
