Human condition varies. You might've been tired today, not enough water, unfocused, sore thumbs, etc...

Don't mind the downs, there are always going to be off days. As long as you're close to your high score (90%+) on your off days, you'll make it through in the long run.

Keep up the good work my man, you're doing great.

the way i train is to choose a scenario im interested in

#

and then i play that for 15-20 mins a day

#

and i try to play as many days in a row as possible

#

ideally i'd want to switch to the next scenario after a month

#

i don't really have the motivation to play for longer than 20 mins / day

progression bar going down is pretty normal, you aren’t going to consistently pb

#

just not how it works

You can do a Voltaic Benchmark to see what weaknesses you have. For example, after doing my benchmark, I realised that my Clicking aim was super weak comparatively to my Tracking. So now I do exercises compensating for my weakness in Clicking.

You can't really know what you need to improve until you put it down on paper. Check out #resources and try out the benchmark to see what you can work on!

Hope this helps.
