I don't really try to follow a certain flick technique, I just do whats feels natural for me.

I don't really think it's necessary to strictly follow a technique.

I see one issue in the VOD, it seems like most of the times you don't have the next target/bot in mind. In other words, you hit one target, decide which one to go for next, then flick to the next target.

The time taken to pick the next target quickly adds up by the end of the run.

Try this, instead of picking one target, pick 2 or 3 and go for them in a fixed order. This could potentially cut down the wasted time by 2/3.

The same thing goes for micros.
You lose time when you start doing the micro adjustment after finishing the flick. Instead, how about overlapping the end of the flick with the micro?

Basically, you flick but instead of coming to a full stop, you decelerate just enough to be able to follow the cross hair with your eyes and then guide it to the target (micro).

This may not necessarily improve your speed at first, but it will improve your accuracy and the time wasted from misses will be reduced.
