#Difference from normal bench mark and valorant benchmark rank wise

No, as you said these are different scens and even more so: different categories too. Logically youll have diff ranks. Id say if u main tac shooters u will be able to get radiant or even better on val benches at the same time youre master/master complete on normal bench
so would is just be reasonable to just grind out the valorant benchmarks
also what should I be using to help improve the benchmarks
You don’t necessarily have to stick to one benchmark, remember that it’s a benchmark and not something that will help you improve as much then scenarios that actually decrease your weaknesses, if you stick to using the benchmarks as a place to see where you are in your current skill level and practice the things you actually need improvement on then, the benchmark itself wouldn’t matter as much
At the end of the day, you could grind out whatever seems the most fun so long the scores go up in every category of aim, rather do something that you enjoy that you can and will be consistent in the force yourself into something less fun and more efficient (unless ur a part of the lunatics)
Alright
exactly as Eddie said. Benches are just a tool and of course you can have fun grinding them and they give you some improvement but there is a lot more than just benchmarks. Especially if you want to improve your aim (im saying especially because some people just try vdim or smth else to have more fun lol).
Personally I loved grinding some scenarios but when I focused on improvement "grinding" the same scens/category over and over again doesnt improve you as much as actually playing like you want improvement overall not just get a better score, meaning: vdim, playing harder scens (or just harder versions of the scenario) than the ones u usually play, seeing your weaknesses and working on them, getting good theoretical knowledge of what to do and not do (so you dont train with bad habits, this probably helped me the most) etc.
Oh okay I'ma try that when I'm home
Insanely good and thorough answer👍
Sorry if I'm bothering you but what did you do to help improve your aim that was under the resources
