I haven't been able to aim train in a long time due to a lot of factors, my aim has been getting worse and worse slowly and I need to get back into training. What should I start off with first? if it's weakness training, then how do i find it. btw if you tell me to find my weakness using benchmarks, gimmie the spreadsheet since my current scores prolly wont reach my pb's from months ago and therefore i can't tell what my weakness is right now. keep in mind my goal isn't to get perfect aim and score well in aimtrainers, my goal is to play well in valorant even if it isn't the most aim heavy game.

Play a bench either normal one or valo and see how it goes
try the aimlabs version: https://app.voltaic.gg/
it auto-uploads your scores from aimlabs so you don't have to use a spreadsheet and risk manual data entry errors
no the thing is i want to do manual. ive done the benchmarks before and i cant rlly like do it now bc my scores now are prolly worse than back then so it wont update and tell my weaknesses now. thats the point
https://x.com/SkylrXD/status/1821365691854803320 if your focus is val use this
i dont have kovaaks
Then hit the same score on bench you used too
@dense scroll make your own spreadsheet
i mean how there is no point? you said your benchmark scores are probably worse - do the benchmarks and see how it goes - it literally will tell you your weaknesses, thats more or less the point of it. If I understood you correctly, you feel like there is no point of doing it again because you assume how it will end anyway, but imo its still the best way to resolve your current situation
no since they're worse than the previous scores than I it won't update at all. the scores will stay the same and they won't give me an energy rating for my current scores
I've done benchmarks b4 many times it's just my current scores aren't as good as my previous scores
man up and make your own spreadsheet with the values from the website
that will be the easiest part of the journey
sry i have no idea what do you mean
wouldnt getting a new sheet help?
I might be dumb but wouldn’t making a new sheet completely fix this issue ?
how do you make a new sheet, wait what
Click file and then make a copy top left corner (do it from the original unedited one)
u cant do that for the like voltaic.gg one u need the actual spreadsheet, thats what im trying to get since theres no valorant benchmark spreadsheet
Idk maybe make your own or clearing your cache might reset it
heres an example, i have 6178 on wide reflex right, and just remember these scores were from months ago, if i were to play it not lets say i get 5668, the score wont update and it wont actually tell me how much energy i get from that, if i got like less energy that 614 total from that task might go down to lets say 538 which is then lower than my dynamic flicking which THEN means that im worse in reflex than dynamic flicks. but i wont know this since it doesnt update for every attempt or let you do it manually. thats what im trying to say. all my current scores will be different than these scores from months ago, whether itll be higher or lower. i dont know how to make a spreadsheet because i dont know the ratio between a score and the energy it gives and they dont show it on the benchmark
go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/ and write down your highscores. Or use pen / paper.
Access Google Sheets with a personal Google account or Google Workspace account (for business use).
oh y ic now. Yeah as Adam said, you can make a completely new spreadsheet an manually update it. Thats basically how it were in the old days (i think you couldve automate it but some people updated it manually)
no i thought they meant like make a new benchmark sheet in the voltaic website
U can make new al acc an then connect it to vt web app
oh ok
yea my benches are so much more different now.
the first image is my current and the second was like 4 months ago
