early on u tend to progress quickly, or at least thats how it was for me, and my average rank is always 1 below my best rank - once u get gold on the other 3 i wouldnt stick around in novice tbh, moving up to more challenging scenarios helped me

its my worse one too, there was a viscose vid that helped me for tracking but it was more valorant based, also adding those satisfying sounds increased my scores by 15% not even kidding
the highscore bar u have is also sketchy af, it made me fumble a lot of runs when i had it

it will be better to stay at the high sens even with tracking to get used to it in game

U can try playing with an even higher sense in aim training if u struggle with control, idk if ur main sens is 35 u could do tracking vdim on 20 and then switch back
