How to improve?
Which routine/playlist should I do?
What should I focus on?
I've been practicing for weeks, but it's not getting any better

Have any advice on how to improve?

I wouldn’t realy reccomend a playlist or a routine, unless you made it yourself or if it’s for warmup. Generally i would say to just experiment with alot of different scenarios and really work on identifying and solving your weaknesses.

Okay so: i can see that u have potential

Your flicking is on point you are just lacking alot of fluidity and dynamic pacing. That means not going with the same speed for all targets like a metronome sometimes u purposefully slow down even tho ur on the target, some targets that are closer should mean that u click them faster than the ones that are far apart.

And the last your target confirmation is really slow and what’s holding you back, you wait too long on the bot

You can see that on the bots that are closer i click them way faster (change my pacing from static to dynamic) than the ones that are far apart

Also look at my target confirmation, as soon as i’m on target i click. It helps you with being more fluid

For this one firstly i would say it’s not good to play black and white background because you’re loosing the sense of depth.

This to me looks like lack of smoothness and speed matching.

Also it feels like you’re not that familiar with the way the bot moves

Try playing other variants like: pgti voltaic, pgti raim

Here is my vod again so you can compare what you are doing and i am: https://youtu.be/o98S7ou9NB4?si=c3iXygW4M1Fr-iOO

happy with this one.
