When doing reactive tracking or anything that involves a fast moving target all I can see is one big blur because my eyes cant keep up with the target. Any advice on how to train this?

Start with reactive scenarios where the target is slow enough so that your eyes can track it. If youre suffering from really dry eyes while gaming, eye spray or drops can help alot too (atleast for me)

i use a website called blinkcamp literally just a ball and u can increase the size and speed just have it a normal or big size and increases the speed slowly and change the pattern

See if you're able to track the target with your eyes if you don't move your mouse at all. Over flicking and poor target reading can exacerbate bot movement. If it really is your eyes I'd just recommend staying physically healthy and eating well. My eyes feel groggy if I've been laying around all day and some exercise+shower help a ton.
