been staying consistent with vdim for 3-4 weeks and recently implemented the weakness routines, what am i doing wrong

Play the regular controlsphere more (not the 'extra' one). This one is too difficult for you

i did get a bit better at it but it’s in the vdim int playlist and supposedly its supposed to be difficult
