I'm not quite sure if my problem is with smoothness or bad reaction, although i feel the reaction might be the issue here
A few things to mention:
Any shakiness you have is just a smoothness issue. That takes time to improve. You could consider using a slightly slower sens (30/35cm) however on scenarios like this given that 25cm/360 is generally quite fast. That is up to you.
struggling with following the bot can be related to a few different things. You seem to be weak with vertical tracking, and that just takes practise. Make sure you keep your eyes on the bot and not the crosshair so you can properly read its movement. Bad botreading can often make speedmatching a bit of an issue. Another issue that can contribute to this is that you seem to occasionally predict the bot's movement, I.e: moving into a direction the bot isn't going/changing direction while the bot isn't going there. Pretend the bot is going into its direction endlessly and only switch direction when it does. Prediciting causes indecisiveness and won't allow you to fully commit to the bot.
Other than that, you just gotta give it time. You can see in your graph you are improving slowly overtime, so don't stress it.
yea ... u are not wrong at all, related to the vertically tracking, i noticed myself that i am bad with it. Thanks a bunch for the feedback :), might try a 30/360, why not
would you recommand isolating some vertical tracking ? and if so, do you know any good scenarios for it?
You could do that it if you want, but that is up to you.
You could consider the TSK benchmarks here. They seperate tracking into horizontal, diagonal, vertical and a mix of all. You can take the vertical ones from here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19ByfhuCiLdUkDI5n5JSSl41fWC3ZMqfkq9oddKu5BTg/edit#gid=143246046
