#iam flicking or gliding?

Yep this is much much better, you can see yourself decelerating more often towards the target now, although it needs some work to make it more consistent.
Good job ๐
As you can see in your score too: you have exactly same score as the "forced speed" VOD, but your technique looks overall more cleaner and more effortless
at targeswichting scenarios should i flick as the first vod?
No. Target switching and Static follow the same principles.
The first VOD is something you generally need to forget, that is not good technique no matter the scenario. It is a speed you cannot control.
is it normal that doing the second technique my score go down at ts?
You can see in your second VOD how most of your movements are now 1 fluid motion. that is point of having controlled flicks - you flick fast enough that it gives you the ability to let the mousepad's friction do the braking for you and let the momentum play out (deceleration).
While in VOD one, you overshoot hard, have to stop all that force yourself which leads to wobbly landings and can lead to tension issues, and then spend extra time figuring out where you landed and then micro correct.
Scores are not something you need to worry about.
Proper technique should be your focus. Scores will come later.
If you had higher scores before with your faster/uncontrollabe approach, then you simply have brute-forced those scores. At a point, you just end up plateauing and you have to re-work your technique anyway.
ty man you solved the issue that i was searching
Goodluck!
ty man you to man
Just keep in the back of your mind: static/flicking is not about going from A to B as fast as possible. It is about going from A to B at a fast yet controllable and efficient way.
All that forced speed (VOD 1) means nothing if you make a lot of errors and have to spend extra time correcting your mistakes.
With VOD 2, you minimize those mistakes and have a much more fluid run, and as you see, that extra speed of VOD 1 didn't net you better scores. You scored the exact same (I know I said to not focus on scores, that is not what you want, but just wanted to give a slight comparison).
So next time you see yourself overshooting a lot and not being able to decelerate (so pulling back on your mouse to brake), you need to tone down the speed a tiny bit again.
No worries. Practise time now
yh
today i increased my speed and i wanted to ask if i m still controlling my flicks
You are back to making mistakes again. Don't push it too hard. The only reason it kinda works here is due to the bigger size of the bots
ok ty
what do u recommend to increase my speed?
watched alr but ty for the help
I would bookmark the video or return to it every now and then if you feel like you want to physically push your speed again, as a reminder that it is not necessary and that you have other means to help yourself in that regard
so i should not increase my speed physically my speed gonna increase by time?
Yes. As I said: most of your gains will come from refining your technique at the moment.
At the moment, you do not have the capacity to properly control your current speed by any means.
You can climb many many ranks without actually needing to physically push your speed. I heard people say that around Nova-rank this will become more of a thing.
I personally myself managed to push from gold static to diamond static without touching my physical speed and by slowing down my uncontrollable flicks to something more controllable and working on refining my technique.
So it absolutely should not be your priority now or any time soon.
There is no point in raw speed if you lack the foundation, and at the moment you lack that foundation basically
m jade close master at static so i dont rlly need to push phisically to get master?
ok
and can i ask do you have so huge knowledge about aiming? like do you watch a ton of content?
Basically that + reading up a lot of comments from other aimers and such.
I don't know everything of course and I also make mistakes in things or even have misinterpretations. I am just relaying information that I have learned, so take that all equally with a grain of salt.
i m really thankfull abt your help man keep it up
No worries! Keep it up too.
can i ask if m going to the right path?
Yup looking much better!
Having the occasional hard push on certain times so be careful of that but it's looking very good
Much more fluid than it was at first
yh ty man like m feeling that m pb the scenarios were i was stuck with the new technique at first i wasnt confindent but rn so good
and i ve noticed that m more consisten at valorant these days
i think cus that
Definitely. You now have a better foundation and that is the result we wanted.
Now it comes down to continue making it more consistent and refined. Just be careful to not get too overconfident where you start pushing too hard than necessary.
ok
Keep up the good work ๐ night and day difference from your first VOD where you were overpushing it
yh i ve noticed ty
Thank you for posting this. I haven't seen this before and this single handedly just shot my scores through the roof.,,,,,,, tytyttytytyt
At the start of the video you overpushed your speed too much. Then you rectified it a bit later on in the scenario. Make sure you can stick to a speed you can control and dont overpush ir
If you want a better comparison, best to replay this task again and create a VOD so you can compare the 2.
That is something I wouldn't work on right now
ok
i should just to work to stay consistence with a speed that i can control?
cuz a lot of times i have very good runs but m inconsisten and m throwing it up
is it this better speed
You just answered yourself
The point is to refine your technique. That will naturally speed you up
It looks fine there I guess but as I said before it is best to play the other scenario so that you have comparison material.
Cause in this scenario you want to be much smoother anyway so you cannot really compare
i rll strugle scenario wher ei need to long flick
This one is still a better scenario to gauge the technique for me
If you want me to judge your speed better I personally prefer that scenario for that
Cause the other 2 scenarios require slightly different approaches
So I cannot really compare
