How does 1w5ts Rasp train our static aim differently from Multiclick 120?

I have trained the hell out of multiclick in VDIM trying to hit masters, but haven't done much 1w5t. Would practicing 1w5t help improve my multiclick score?

i got jade in 1w5t before multiclick 120, multiclick is more speed focused, you'd be flicking faster in multiclick then 1w5t imo
