#Recommended exercises to increase tracking speed

35 cm/360 is not slow, it's more like average
To increase speed you can try training on an even slower sens for a bit, then go back to original sens.
just play easy smoothness scens until you get gud at it. focus on technique, and in time you will get it. have you played the benches yet?
also, your sensitivity is not the issue. you need to develop mouse control
Thank you for the response. No not yet. I just transitioned from 31.972 cm to 35 cm. My aim was too jittery but I didn't have any issues with tracking... just static targets some times.
I will try that, easy smoothness until I have a better ability for mouse control
Thanks, I will give this a shot as well. Kind of like putting heavy weights on lowering it down
Just did the benchmarks... tracking is gold everything else is silver or high bronze
i suggest doing a VT fundamental routine. start with the iron one if you want; can't go wrong seeing if you have the basics down, then go from there
just use whatever feels the most coumfterable for you. your mouse control right now is so bad, that changing your sens will have limited benefits, as opposed to sticking with what feels good, and focusing on your technique.
