I put my hand on a pan I took out of a 400 degree oven (it was in there for 25 minutes) I have blisters on my ring and pinky finger also on my palm. Has anyone had this experience happen to them? I’ve been making progress to gold after an initial placing in bronze and riding the high of that momentum. What can I do to aim train and take care of my hand? What should I do?

played some rounds of fort. Whatever I thought was a blister on my fingers has gone away. Only a small blister on my palm. Played some fortnite and there was no pain whilst playing. Just kinda was freaking out in the moment. First thought was literally "thats my aiming hand!!"

I agree with this

I've taken big breaks in aim training, sometimes going hard, sometimes nothing for months. I'm routinely shocked out how much like a rachet aim training feels. I would have thought after months off I would have fallen off, very frequently that's not the case, maybe 2%-5% off peak, but most of the gains I made are still there. So let your injury heal, and then come back to aim training afterwards
