Im not the best aimer in this server but a tip ive heard floating around and taken to heart is to use a metronome when training and then increasing the tempo until you are around 90% accuracy and then just training on that until you can reach high accuracy and then turn up the tempo and repeat. Eseentially just progressive overload concept thats used in fitness a lot
Might be good for you to look at this video
It's finally here! Of course give me as much feedback as you want and I'll maybe make a Part 2!

Here it is:
i dont wanna use a metronome tbh... thx for the advice tho. I just think its weird
I dont think a metronome is good cuz when targets are close you can and will go faster and its normal but really look bardoz video im not an expert at static but you really lack proper technique
After applying bardoz method try to send another vod there might be someone more capable than me in static to give you good advices
im not anybody, but initial flick speed is really lacking and micros are inconsistent. Are you deathgripping the mouse a lot? it looks like you lock up during the microadjustment period and lack finger or wrist mobility while doing it. I'd suggest asking around here for micros playlists and maybe precise tracking at high sens to open up more range and be more confident to rely on micros when you overflick. maybe play vdim static at much lower senses as well to develop flick speed.
@modern ingot i lowered my sens and tried not tensing my hand
