#do i just keep putting the work in, or is there something that i should improve on

A lot of your longer flicks seem kind of uncomfortable, and you’re overshooting them by quite a bit
A big part of squeeze pacing out of static is looking at different types of flicks and seeing if there’s any that seem tough
Your flick distance is pretty good overall but the longer ones I saw some gnarly overshoots that waste time and energy
At the end of the day you also just need to be doing the flick and micro a little faster. Your accuracy is really high which is great, but you can have a larger tolerance for mistakes (80-85%) if you want to try and push speed
Maintaining accuracy while going faster for you will largely come down to increasing the accuracy on your flicks even farther as you speed up so that you were able to move much more rapidly between some of these close targets
Your technique is well designed for some of the longer distances we can travel in static, but for closer distances, a smoother and less intense flick is more valuable because it needs to a drastically, faster, micro correction. This is not only preferable in a lot of endgame situations, but also is, very fast for static clicking
Tl;dr
- flick accuracy at longer distances needs work
- need to flick straight on the target and have a fast micro to improve pace on short distances
Overall flick technique and control are pretty solid!
It’s time to speed up.
thank you, will definitely take that all into account next runs, just got platinum in 1w5ts voltaic and i’m starting to learn more and pick up the pace
i’ve been trying tbh, but idky but missing shots makes me jitter and like freak out lmfao
i micro decently, i just need to pick up the pace for all distances, long distances i can get over there somewhat fast and same with mid range ones but its more so being consistent with it i feel
but idk
New shitty diagram just dropped
Tap in
Supposed to be a chill example of how you construct your flicks based on distance
okay gotcha
word, imma have to experiment with my technique more haha
have you found that paper method to work for you?
The paper is more of a visual aid
It helps communicate kind of how the flicks are constructed
yes. tho i think i saw you talking about in general one time lmfao something bout a warmup haha
but i gotcha tho, will def take that into account
This is the latest and greatest in shitty diagrams
thanks hahaha
Watch this at 75% speed
That is where we want to be headed
