Hey guys, I need your help. (Trying to get better in CS2)
I'm playing Aimlabs VDIM Routines for 3 Months now. To be specific I'm playing the intermediate Monday and Tuesday routines. On average I'm spending around 1h a day.
My aim is not getting "much" better. Do you have any advice?

@vagrant sundial play with more intensity try to beat your high score every single run if youre not pushing yourself hard enough growth wont happen.
also research how to do the aiming skills youre training in and learn how to do them correctly.
if youre trying to do them correctly and youre not improving you need to push yourself

do some of the other playlists. although static and dynamic clicking is the main aiming of val, if you neglect other aspects of your aim you will be held back. things like reactive and smooth tracking and target switching are all very important and will help you in static too

raise sense for those scenarios when you practice them. you need to be practicing on different sensitivities to train all aspects of your aim. aim is wrist + arm control. higher sense = more wrist, lower sense = more arm. if you are only training high sense you are mostly working your wrist and your arm control will never improve. vise versa for low sense.

youre running 600 edpi. this is actually a really HIGH sensitivity, not a low sensitivity. you are running around 22 cm/360. for static clicking the recommended sensitivity from most people is 40-80cm. that is around 320-300edpi, which would be 800 dpi with .37 sense.

so, basically youre likely severely lacking in your arm control because you run very HIGH sense, and never practice tracking which helps the most with your arm control.

you need to run ALL the different kinds of vdim scenarios (tracking, switching, etc) and on lower sensitivities when you train, and THEN you will start to improve again in a few weeks at a higher pace.
