From what I can see, your reaction to aiming at a target is not what you want.

Your first kill: you shoot before you aim at their head, basically waiting for their movement to get their head on to your crosshair and not getting your crosshair on their head.
2nd kill: this one has a bit more luck involved because of ping and the way that valorant does spread on guns. the "issue" here is that your clicks/shots are not even close to their body or head.

As for movement, your movements are too simple because it's only a simple A D A D strafe that can be easily predicted. Try making some long strafes or erractic movement.

If you want to train your aim more for these types of scenarios, I would do some dynamic scenarios that focus on moving targets as well as reactive tracking just to hone that training you get from the dynamic tasks. You can try out VDIM playlist by LG56 which are both on aimlabs and kovaaks.
