Cant view it as im on mobile, the video “mattyow static mistakes” should answer that
Most of it is semi-slowly panning over to the target it looks like.
how would i know if im flicking vs slowly panning?
also my forearm should be burning when after I focus on my aim right?
They should work but idk about constantly burning, take it easy in the beginning
Do frequent breaks and mobility work for the arm and upper body
If your forearm is burning it's a sign of constant applied work, so you are either taking a considerable deal of force to move your arm between targets, or you are moving between them efficiently enough for normal use, but not for training and so you'd get burning. If you are feeling burning in your muscles, then that is fine, you can get a little arm workout lol but if you are feeling that burning sensation in your tendons or ligaments, stop what you are doing and ask for further advice on the issue, because you don't want to cause any long-term or lasting damage to things like your carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, or otherwise.
