You can train any way you want. If you find doing the full playlist too long, you can disect it in chunks and maybe add a few extra repetitions to those smaller chunks depending on how long you want to train
Well since the benchmarks has lots of scenarios I was thinking of doing the disection part but I wanted to know what would be more effective since I find doing more reps in a scenario is beneficial but can you give a approximation on how many reps would be optimal for each scenario
Depends on the length of the playlist really. I would personally make sure you at least train for 30 minutes. So that could for instance be a playlist of 6 tasks with 5 reps. A list of 7 with 4 reps. Etc
Just as much you want
