Start with the benchmarks found there first. The benchmarks give you a visual overview of your strengths and weaknesses. Repeat each benchmark task 3-5 times.
-
Once you have finished your benchmarks and have gotten your overview, you want to play the appropriate VDIM or Fundamentals routine found in the same channel. Which of the 2 you pla yis up to you. They both share the same idea but with just a different approach.

In terms of settings: play on native resolution and on 103 overwatch FOV. All scenarios are build around this, with the exception of some/plenty targetswitching scenarios where you can raise the FOV to like 110-120 no problem. I also recommend you to disable the gun model (unnecessary visual clutter), use a theme that separates the target properly from the background and set your sensitivity conversion to cm/360 (in the sensitivity-settings tab, you have to set a certain option to "advanced" to see it). Cm/360 is a more universal way of communication your sens rather than sens + DPI / EDPI

In the aim trainer you want to use different sensitivities for different categories, given you cannot force 1 sens into every category and neither can 1 sens train everything. Different sensitivities train different aspects of your aim. The general ranges are: 20-30/35cm/360 for tracking training (smoothness training, 30-50cm is often use for tracking benchmarks), 30-50cm for dynamic and switching and 40-80cm for static clicking.
Below the result of my benchmark
You can stick to the silver-fundamentals routine to average out some of your lower scores.
I'll try to improve my lower score
Do you have any tips I could use for once IG find a comfortable sensitivity ?
In the trainer you keep using different senses as I mentioned in my original comment.
In-game, you use whatever is comfortable and fits the game's aim style. If you play Val or CS, a slower sens is more advised (40-80cm) and if you play games like Apex, CoD, Battlefield, The finals... a faster sens is more advised (20-40/45cm).
Whatever you stick to comes down a bit to your playstyle. It should allow you to navigate the map around and all that with no issue while still allowing for some form of precision. You don't want to base your sensitivity too much on aim performance cause certain issues are more related rather to technique than sens. Like underflicking and overflicking a tiny bit for instance, unless either of the 2 is a massive one and you feel like you don't have any control. Minor mistakes all come down to just training more and not because of your sens.
How do i improve the score here ?
Practise
I hit the silver rank
Good work! I still recommend you to use the silver fundamentals routine found in #resources to work on your lower-end scores. Once they are a bit higher.
in the fundamental how i know which sens i have to use ?
Depends on the category. I believe the fundamentals routine had a document that showed you that
