Copy-pasting what I wrote in #advice: Focus on the targets that are hitting the highest point of their bounce and use your peripheral vision to scout for similar targets. Those are the easiest to hit. you basicall want to juggle between those.
Unrelated tip: I recommend you to disable the gun model. It is just unnecessary visual clutter.
Also don't make your target-switches too harsh. Sometimes being a bit smoother with your switches can be helpful.
