A big reason why yur going slow is because you check if u hit the target or not each time. Notice how u hesitate on each bot and reattempt bots u miss. (explained in the Click section of the guide)

Now for your flick, you are flicking pretty hard, stopping, and then start the micro correct
Try to make it less segmented, going from flick speed to a micro correct speed in a smooth transition (check Flick and Decelerate section)
