#How long for scores to improve?

30 mins is enough yes.
It very well could be that you are dealing with monotony and not seeing much improvement because of it. A different playlist could help with that or maybe experimenting with different senses. Or you are having specific weaknesses that you aren't really tackling/training at the moment which makes you be "stuck" in there. But that is hard to judge without a VOD.
In general your performance can always fluctuate, but as long your averages are improving bit by bit its fine. Hitting PBs are often not a very accurate meassure of improvement.
@limber zealot I think your right about the monotony. Would changing sens, for example, high sens then low would that help change up the pace I’m usually going at? This is true, I am seeing my averages improve. Thank you, I’m losing my mind because I want to become consistent at possible and hit masters one day!

That depends on what you want to improve. The standard range for static is 40-80cm. Not sure where you fall, but a slower sens could help to work more on your speed and faster sens more on working on your precision.
But it is also a little bit scenario depended in this case.
As long your averages are improving then that is good 🙂
