Take occasional breaks.

Stop overanalyzing your aim. Your aim is subconscious and not conscious. Focus on elements in the game and let your hand-eye coordination do the rest.
And i recommend you to just use anything between 40-80cm for Val and stop changing it. You gain no benefit from chasing a placebo-aim buff.
Unfortunately we cant make it stick, the brain activates more because of the new stimuli (different sens) and then returns to normal levels(wants to be efficient etc). Ur best bet is using an appropriate range and training to improve on all aspects of the game. Including mouse control, movement, gamesense, crosshair placement 24/7 etc etc. when the brain is focused on the task at hand - u dont think about ur aim. It just works. Thats why the second u think about it u’re doing urself a disservice. The maximum u could do imo is change crosshairs from time to time to engage the brain more, + the regular stuff of training all sens ranges to improve mousecontrol and technique.
Another thing is - when u’re in the zone ur hands dont tense too much like when we think about aim, so thats another reason why its not helpful
that is, I need to play at the same sensitivity and then there will be progress? can I use different sensitivities in the aim trainer?
Different senses in the aim trainer is highly advised given different senses train different aspects of your aim and you cannot force 1 sens into every category.
But in-game you use what is comfortable. There is however no perfect value that will excel your aim in-game in every single front. That is just mouse control you need to train and given you are already Master complete you already do have a good bit of mouse control
