nice
Your speed is overall a bit slow. Keep your flicks a bit faster.
Your micro corrections are also very slow. Although it is an good idea to keep your flicks fast and your micros a bit slower/smoother, you can speed them up a little bit. Just make sure you aren't rushing them.
1 general tip I can give for flicking: you need much less tension to do a flick than you might anticipate, so experiment around with tension levels how little you truly need to do a proper "flick". Wider/further-away targets need a little more given they need a bit more speed, and target closer together need less speed and less tension, but in general you might or might not be using more than necessary. This can help with any potential overshooting, shaky landings and most importantly: you having issues with micro correcting due a too tense grip.
But all in all, it just looks like you just need more practise. Just wanted to share it in case it might be helpful.
