so what i did was take roughly the current #10 score for Max Volts

some higher some lower

and since S3 static is giga pushed since the scens are the same on Easy as Advanced

which is why i need to adjust some over time

i could just re-use the default Max Volts for each static scen (which is 175/158/220)

but Bronze to Celestial reqs are whatever they had it from S3 i didnt touch them just Max Volts
