"uhh, trying to get plat on vt 1w5ts rasp intermediate and my best is 990 - I try to increase the speed but then my micro corrections get shaky, and if i go slow my flicks are too slow but micro corrections are better, any tips? I can only do a few runs with 100 hits and then my arm fatigues, going slow doesn't really show any improvement. I play on 50cm, somehow struggling with static as a valorant ascendant player

Alright, I will try to record a vod, hmm if I increase speed then yeah I guess it is 100 to 0 speed, i don't have any tension in my hand, just my arm if i do fast flicks - going slow gives me 800-850 scores with +95% accuracy, fast gives me 900-950 scores with 80-90% accuracy"

So I recorded three runs of the benchmark. Struggling with static scenarios, need some tips for improvement - tension in the arm and a bit shaky micro corrections when trying to do initial flick faster because it feels like a plateau at 800ish with better precision if I don't try to push speed/pacing with slower initial flicks. Occasionally I can do a series of faster hits but then my arm fatigues when trying to maintain the pace, making it shaky

Copy-pasting what I said in #advice and modifying/adding a little:

First of all: Your overal approach is really slow and you take a lot of time per target. Focus on properly flicking. You are currently "dragging" the mouse around rather than flicking. Keep your flicks fast and your micros slow to balance speed and precision.

Given you tend to struggle with arm fatigue - make sure that you aren't keeping tension throughout the whole run. Only apply a little bit of tension to generate flick speed, but then relax your arm for easier micros.

Your shaky micros I assume more have to do that you still need to work on your general technique, so keep practising. Focus on "decelerating" your flicks rather than trying to stop on a dime. Stopping on a dime also puts a lot of tension in your arm and that can make those micros also more difficult.

If you want to work more on speed and stable flick landings, you can try playing Pokeball scenarios.
