#feeling pain in dorsal side of hand after spending a few minute aim training

Manage tension better - dont grip too hard or tense ur hand for continuous time, learn to relax and tense a bit when needed.
Dont suddenly jump to high volume of intense aimtraining. Take it slow and gradual, to let the body adjust
Take mini breaks every 30min or so
Stretch and mobilize ur mouse hand
From fingers to shoulders and back
im trying to do like vdim daily or attempting to do so, so should i do half an hour then take a break for 15 minutes then come back? or
Anything better than right now cuz its causing pain
Can be 5 min break every 20-30 min too
With stretches and mobilizations
i see, well ill keep that in mind usually i did take a bit of like a half an hour break
Ye but the tota amount in the end of the intense training was probably more than the body could handle
At this point of time
Remember aimtraining is a lot more intense than gaming, in aimtraining its no down time almost
i see, its strange though i usually just did one a day routine (and sometimes the tracer playlist) though probably due to me playing overwatch for 10+ hours
Could be, its also builds up over time
Like days and weeks
So taking a day break here and there can be beneficial too
Or significantly reducing volume at least, from time to time
well im trying to learn sym mei hanzo echo tracer so thats 5 heroes and i could try to take those two days to just do 1 hour of aim training and focus on doing other things like going to the gym. so will probably be sufficent + lowering hours
Then eventually introducing strengthening exercises for the tendons, like in 1hp videos on youtube, worth checking out(good stretching routines too)
Sounds like a plan. Wishing u a speedy recovery ^^
thanks! though its more of a discomfort yknow atm, but obviously will repair itself easier with taking the breaks this weekend onwards
Always prioritize health over improvement. There are things you can do in aiming that will be beneficial to your aim, but will cause pain and over a short period of time can cause you to have long-term issues (such as CTS) that make it nearly impossible to play any games with a mouse from that point and on.
