Your issues is your pacing. You have a very rhytmic/metronome-like pacing. You rather want you pacing to be dynamic: when approach clusters or targets that are closer together, speed up a little bit.
yeah
when i play i have an internal metronome thing
i find it really hard to break
You also occasionally have a bit of target indecisiveness. Scan the area with your peripheral vision and commit to that target. I did notice you rarely were hesistant on where to go next.
Focus more on the targets and less on the crosshair
As your crosshair comes closer to the target, your eyes and crosshair will evnetually meet anyway to make sure you can confirm you are on target, but outside of that you also want to look at the target so that you properly can gauge the distance and let your hand-eye coordination do its thing

@neat garden also one more question: am i doing the right thing by increasing my sens? ive went from 76cm to 58cm and would that be beneficial for me trying to get better at static in general?
i think ive got like the most basic fundamentals down somewhat so is it a good idea to increase it? or should i stick with a lower sens
