#i keep getting worse at static

2 things:
-
remove the gun model. It is unnecessary visual clutter.

You aren't really playing static as it is intended. You need to make sure you are flicking from target to target. You are now just "dragging" your mouse and have very wiggly landings because you are likely incorporating too many motions at once (both flicking and correcting).
Seperate those motions: use an even slower sens (like 50cm/360), make 1 good flick with your arm as close as possible to the target, even if it means that you are overshooting, pause, then micro correct with your wrist.
Make sure your flicks are fast, and make sure your micro corrections are slower/smoother, this way you are mixing speed and precision.
should i switch to 50cm for everthing and use 43cm for tracking because 43 cm for tracking is easy i got to plat with it
No only use 50 for static
thanks to my 1600 dpi is hard to do that i play overwatch at 2 witch is 43cm/360 1 is 86cm/360 could i do static with 86cm/360 because for tracking i use 28 cm because my dpi likes it i'm removeing gun now and i dident know i was playing static wrong
you could do static on 86 if you want. Static is usually played between 40-100cm/360.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6D5EbHt9wM&t Here is also a good video on the technique. Just don't try to push the same speedas in the video. Push a flick speed you can somewhat-comfortably do even if you still miss a lot.
Initially I wanted this video to be more advanced but I just wanted to start with something educational, I think this is valuable to a lot of people and hopefully will help change your view and mindset on your practice!

I wish I could be doing fancier editing but zz
aimtrainer credits : me...
Honestly it doesnt really matter, i dont think we can notice a difference in game
Use whats more comfortable in desktop and settings
thank you for the video i start picking what i think feels right for now on
Well if u’re saying 1600 is annoying u on settings then i wouldnt use it personally
Only if i have 4k mice i would
i'm getting the new superlite 2 mouse i have first gen rn i have 4k mouse soon
Nice
do i need 1600 dpi for 4k mice coulden i do 800 dpi
1600 DPI yes, 800 will not work well
I heard people tested and 1600 utilises 4k in a more stable manner
i'm ganna get used to 1600 dpi because i plan on switching to 4k mouse soon 1600 dpi is not the worst
There is no difference between 800 and 1600 DPI so you really shouldn't have to get used to anything other than the windows-sens being faster
ok good i plan on doing 86 sens for static and 28 for tracking to learn control and 43cm for games do u think this is good
is fine
20-35 for tracking, 30-60 for dynamic/switching, 40-100 for static is usually recommended
Settings > Game > Weapon viewmodel
You are overdoing the flick way too much and what causes you to violently shake so hard?
Flick on a more comfortable pace and make your flick 1 motion. Not many
The general technique is: flick with arm, micro correct with the wrist. (for clusters/targets very close to you, you of course can use wrist).
Make a singular, straight motion. Don't add other unnecessary motions into the mix.
It seems like as if you are incorperating multiple movements at once rather than just 1 flick and 1 correction
do u guys recm any 4k mouses because i don't like the hump on superlite i bev thats my issue i bev thats my issue my money limit is 150 dollors is hard to rest my hand on the mouse and my hand can grip the whole mouse but is issue due to the big back
i keep that in mind more i'm getting better now
Honestly 86 isnt really needed
Go 65
If u want on slower side but still easier to use
it works for me i like it still any mouses u guys recm
@finite jewel this is how u aimed when u first started
what games do u play i'm plat 2 dps in ow
I play val ranked. But cs. Basic fps where aim applies. Only ranked in val. That over flicking you do is something i have a small problem with. I believe either your mouse grip could impact it or you are holding the mouse too hard. Let it glide Or i would try flicking lighter or shorter distance.
i was told 4k mouses are not worth that is that true
higher polling rate so far hasn't proven to be worthwhile, no
this how i hold my mouse
i ended up going back to 800 dpi but thanks to your guys tips ive improved more im about to hit diamond in ow
GL
and full custom desktop mouse pad

thats what ive been doing wrong i'm post to underflick and then ajust
Ye
The stopping and shaking is wasting time
Flicking and then decelerating(slowing down until reaching the target) is better
thank you
i mate end up useing 34cm/360 for tracking and use 43cm for some games and 57cm/360 for static i come to this after trying out all of them
Ye that seems good
You are still not flicking. You want to do what you did in your last VOD but then on a speed you can control. You went from "dragging" the mouse, to flicking too violently, to dragging the mouse again.
And try to do everything 1 motion at a time as I mentioned. You still have very violent shakes which means that you are likely incorporating too many things at once when moving your arm
It looks like as if you are moving your arm/hand fast (motion 1), and are immediately pulling your arm/hand back to try to compensate for something (motion 2). Try not do that compensation.
i thought i was flicking
thank you i have alot to learn ive been useing my pc 2014 and havent really tried aim training till now iguss i don't really know what flick is i thougth it was just moving mouse really fast on to Target
Thats okay, flicking takes a while to learn
i still don't know what it is i thought i always did flicks by moving my mouse really fast to target
Did u watch lorys how to flick vid
After u flick u shake the mouse, try to not do that
yea i keep rewatching it tbh to procces it also my shaking due to me useing arm and wrust also doesnt help when i move my arm to much it feels weird on mouse pad
Flick just with arm
And dont move wrist
On the initial flick part
Then u can adjust with wrist to the dot
thats why i'm getting gaming arm i could i rust my arm on the mouse
i also lean into the table when gaming due to Scoliosis and laying stright back into the chair feels uncomfy after 10mins
i raise the chair tho
doing it rn
i sending the video rn i did tens up here where my arm dident want to move that much riseing the chair did help tho i can use my arm better
i'm also trying to flick in game rn to to learn it better
Looking better, try to underflick a bit more, to minimize the shake at the end
Like the cideo i showed above
also i'm trying out aimbeast on beginner to challages myself abit more will do
And reduce a bit of tension when u aim that will also help
Alright, whatever u want ^^
Im not familiar with aimbeast
thats hard getting used to mutple sens but i force the tension to go away try easy it up i'm getting the hang of ease tension from traning with the beanchmark
Good. Now its just practicing over time
i'm ease myself into by changeing solder and tracer and genj sense to 34cm /360 and for the 57cm/360 i play val and cs2 on that and overwatch and everthing else 43cm/360 is getting better due to that
thats all from me should i close the post and start posting in progress for updates
Ur choice, all is fine ^^
It’s been week I ended up playing games at 57c/360 and tracking at 28cm360 and static at 40cm360 I also switch to kovacks
