Vertical Smoothness

Does anyone know of any vertical smoothness scenarios? Basically like the "Centering I, II, III, etc" scenarios but just rotated 90 degrees? I'm not talking bounce scenarios either, I'd just like to practice smoothly moving from basically straight down to straight up.

Using kovaaks mostly, but could do aimlabs as well if necessary

this is close but I'm not really looking for bounce scenarios, just smooth up and down. Still a good one to train but I'm looking for that consistency practice across the entire vertical spectrum.

the Kovaaks equivalent is 'Far Angle' scenarios, they're not perfectly exactly what I was looking for but they are better than popcorn
