Can this strange mouse grip affect on my aim?

I've seen many types of mouse grips, and I've noticed that most have the palm either touching the mouse pad or slightly above it.

Personally, this grip is uncomfortable for me, so my palm is almost completely on the mouse, as if slightly shifted forward.

Could this have any effect on my aim? On flickstop or microflicking?

I used to do this and u get similar maybe slightly more control/stopping power but doing anything vertically is harder

As long your current grip is comfortable, you have nothing to wory about.

But you might benefit from a bigger mouse if you prefer palm contact with the mouse, The mouse is too small and/or your hands are a little too big to palm it
