Your current technique seems to be okay but you indeed should push your (micro adjustment) speed a little bit.
There are moments where your micro adjustments are very slow compared to other times. The first 4 or so shots are a good example of that. You don't want to overly rush your micros of course, but try to keep a consistent pace: Fast flick, smooth/slower micro, but dont let the micros become too slow.
