#everytime i try to focus on target my eyes burn
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Drink well throughout the day, download f.lux, take small breaks here and there
Water ur eyes from time to time
If all doesnt help u might need to check for glasses/dry eye
It can also be cuz u are not used to aimtraining, focusing on a bot moving is a big part
And directing focus from target to target continuously
Kinda intense for beginners i imagine
I can see an option that u dont blink cuz u are focused on the task / doesnt want to reduce score cuz of blinking
thank you yes i usually dont blink until its really pain
thank you
but everytime i rest and come back i can probably not feel strain for like 30 seconds only l
do people just get used to it or do people at the top dont blink
I'm not "at the top" but I assume that the people who are, are still blinking, they just do it at the best possible moment. Their brain understands the scenario/what they are doing better so they have more brainpower available to blink at the right moment and whatnot
I get this same issue when I play smash bros with my friends because I don't have very good control over my character, so I am constantly full staring at my character model with no blinking. At the end of a match I will realize that my eyes are on fire from the lack of blinking. But a good player will be able to blink more because they don't have to constantly be tunnel vision staring at their character model to know what they are currently doing
Nicely explained
Try adjusting your monitor to be at a lower viewing angle so that your eyes are ever so slightly tilted down when you look at it. The lower eye lids are where your oil glands are for your eyeballs which help retain eyeball “wetness” for a longer period of time.
If it feels too uncomfortable to have your monitor at an angle too low, try tilting your head up while keeping your eyes fixed on the monitor every once in a while. Make sure that the room you’re in is only ventilated as much as it needs to be and that you aren’t in either direct nor indirect (reflected) contact with the source of ventilation via your eyeballs.
thanks guys so I look down on my monitor?
I get this I used to have my eye straining in game when I started out but not anymore, only for aimlabs it happens I guess I already learnt to blink properly in game
Right, the more your eyes are covered by your bottom eyelid when looking at the monitor, the better.
