take care of your health. if thats not the problem then try to figure out what causes you to perform bad and good by yourself

I don’t understand what the problem is? You changed your sens and played like you were on 70cm. It sounds to me like you should just play on the sens that you are more consistent day-to-day with, which may be around 40cm/360°

You are treating your skill/focus as if it is a linear thing day-to-day, but that is unfortunately not how it works for us.

Our focus/skill has peaks and dips on a day-to-day basis. Some days you play worse than other days. Not much you can do about it.

There are plenty of people who change their sens based on how they feel for that day. Nothing inherently wrong with that. Just don't try to catch yourself swapping it after every death. Stick to something that feels remotely comfortable for that day and forget about it.

If you don't feel like you can keep enough energy day-to-day to keep up with consistently using a low sens how it is supposed to be used for maximum efficiency, I recommend just trying the higher sensitivity if you have more consistency with it. If you have the same consistency with both of them, I recommend just using whichever you prefer and work on gaining more consistency with your energy or "forced energy" in order to keep playing at the same level no matter how you feel that day. When I am fully used to my sensitivity, I don't have "off-days" where I perform any less than I normally do; if that gives you any reference.

Aiming is a lot about technique and muscle memory, as long as you don't feel absolutely unfocused that day for any reason, you should always play at the same level each time you play once the first 2 are solid.

As I wrote in my comment: it is the expectation around consistency.

Our focus is never constant and it changes on a day-to-day, even on a hour-to-hour basis.

The reality is just that we as humans are always "off-feeling" even if you practise/train a specific thing for many years. Will the consistency increase when your skill in said field improves? Of course. Will you become ultra-perfect? Never.

This applies for any hobby, job or sport. Nothing we can do about. There are countless internal and external factors that account for this.

Absolutely, however, we can certainly minimize the negative factors and become "robotic" in a sense; towards how we perform day-to-day. It requires a lot of practice and repetition with the focus of improvement in mind, just like any sport. You may feel "off" one day compared to the next, but if your technique is solid and your focus is taut, then your "off" will only minimally affect you unless it is something like a major life event.

Yes for sure, that is what I mentioned. Once your skills improve, the consistency in that field will get better.

But we still need to be realistic with our expectations here. Slip ups can happen no matter how big or small a specific event might have been and regardless of how professional we really are with a specific skill. Point is - it is human, and it will always remain in some capacity and it shouldn't be seen as some sort of failure in any way shape or form.

Everyone has some of perfection that they want to strife for, but we need to remember that there is no such thing as being "100% perfect" when it comes to us as human beings.

I guess my point being - You can strife for improvement but not for absolute perfection.
